The Samura MO-V carving knife has a fairly narrow, straight and long (23 cm) blade, which makes it an ideal knife for preparing fried or boiled fillets, corned beef, ham, as well as portions of turkey, chicken and fish.
It will be indispensable when preparing Japanese national dishes, including sushi, sashimi, rolls. It easily separates the largest and even layers of meat. The oval blade will not twist or slip in your hand, allowing you to carefully control the cutting process and easily manipulate the knife.
